Spamming
Guild Toad users may not send unsolicited emails over the Internet (spamming). This practice not only has a negative impact but can also disrupt regular email communication. Spamming is prohibited, and may result in the spammers account being terminated.

Adult (Pornographic) Material
GuildToad does not tolerate any obscene or pornographic material. GuildToad has implemented a "no pornographic sites" policy.

Defamatory or Abusive Language
Using a GuildToad website as a means to transmit defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening language in any form is strictly prohibited.

Illegal or Unauthorized Access to Other Guild Sites or Accounts
Accessing illegally or without authorization the computers, accounts, or sites belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate the security measures of another guild's site or the corporate site (hacking) is prohibited.

The Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses, or Other Destructive Activities
The Distribution of information regarding the creation of and sending of Internet viruses, worms, trojans, pinging, flooding, mail bombing, or denial of service attacks are all prohibited by GuildToad. Also prohibited are activities that disrupt the use of or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use the site.

Other Illegal Activities
Engaging in activities that are determined to be illegal is prohibited on GuildToad.

Other Activities
Engaging in any activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that GuildToad determines to be harmful to its users, the GuildToad reputation, or site operations are all strictly prohibited. If you have a question as to whether or not your activity can be deemed acceptable, please contact GuildToad (service@guildtoad.com)

User Accounts
Sites created through GuildToad are supplied on the sole basis that they will used on our hosted servers and can not be transferred. All designs are copyright protected by GuildToad. When you sign up with Guildtoad, you create a username and password that allows you to login to the site. It is each users responsibility to ensure that his or her login information is secured. Do not share this information, or you risk having your account compromised. This can lead to unauthorized changes to your website, and please be aware that Guildtoad is not responsible for any damages to your website.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Violations
It is your responsibility to make sure you have permission to use the content that you put on your guild site and that you are not violating any copyright laws. If a dispute arises due to copyright violation, Guildtoad will remove said content. Repeat violations are subject to account and/or site termination. Any activity that violates the intellectual property rights of others (including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other entities held by individuals, groups, organizations or corporations) is prohibited. Engaging in activity that violates privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others is also prohibited. Guild Toad will remove or block access to client content upon receipt of a proper notice of infringement. GuildToad may make the decision to terminate the account privileges of users who commit repeat violations.

Payment
For GuildToad accounts other than "FreeToad", payment is required during the signup process or change of account type application. All GuildToad payment notices will be sent by electronic mail, and there will be no bills or invoices sent by conventional postal methods. All charges will be billed in US Dollars.
